Lugu sellest, kuidas ma siia ilma tulin
Hetkeseisuga olen ma Palestiinas viibinud kaheksa kuud. Esimest korda sattusin siia poolkogemata.
Siiralt teie,
Story about how I came into this world.
I have been living in Palestine altogether for eight months. My first encounter with Palestine happened my accident - I was spending my last year in the university feeling bored in front of the dance halls, when i suddenly got my hand on an advertisment that was looking for ballet teachers to Palestine. Frankly I had no idea what Palestine actually means. I think I knew that it is a part of the Middle East, but then again, maybe not. It is not impossible that I was thinking of Pakistan when I read the advertisment, as this little was my knowledge about this region.Anyway, as ML was travelling around the world at the same time, France and Morocco, Iran, Jordan and what not, and spending one's days like that made so much more sense to me and I was feeling quite envious of her, at this very moment I took a decision to GO TO PALESTINE. Ya3ni ("I mean" in arabic), according to my precautious nature, at this very moment I took the decision to answer the advertisment, because this did not mean that I would actually go to Palestine, right?
Wrong! And how wrong I was! I came to Palestine mere six months later and got stuck here ever since. I am still waiting for my travelling times, but I am sure these times will come, when it is the right time. Until then, I will be having my adventures in this little wonderland and I will share these stories with anyone willing to read.
Faithfully Yours,
